WHAT WE DO
Industrial Biomass Boiler MANUFACTURERS
Industrial Boilers America is a leading biomass boiler manufacturing company. Its biomass boilers and biomass boiler systems are designed to handle the demands of industrial operations.
Our engineers can design the right industrial biomass fuel boiler for your application at a competitive price and delivery.
Biomass boilers are chosen for their environmental benefits and potential cost savings. By using renewable biomass resources instead of fossil fuels, these boilers help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and reliance on non-renewable energy sources. They also use waste materials that might otherwise go to landfills. These boilers are used by industries that have access to a consistent supply of biomass materials. This includes sectors like agriculture, forestry, paper and pulp manufacturing, and food processing.
We have been successful in converting energy plants, whether industrial or utility plants, from coal, natural gas, and other energy sources into alternative green energy biomass boiler fuel sources known as biomass for industrial biomass boilers.
We have helped our customers reduce their costs so much that these systems usually pay for themselves within two to seven years. We have also worked on projects requiring complete turnkey start-up for newly designed and erected plants.
Global Partners
We’re able to adapt to your needs through our vast experience and global relationships. When you want to grow, we will show the way.
High Quality
Industrial Boilers America provides you with the best industrial biomass boilers out there. The steel is thicker, the material is thicker, and everything lasts longer.
Relationship Focused
We are focused on relationships over profit. Happy customers are our main focus at Industrial Boilers America.

What is a BIOMASS BOILER?
A biomass boiler is a system that generates heat and energy. Instead of using natural gas or other fossil fuels, biomass boilers generate energy through biomass combustion.
Biomass boiler fuel types include agricultural, forest, urban, and industrial residues. This waste is used to produce heat and electricity with less effect on the environment than fossil fuels. Biomass in the form of wood was by far the largest source of American energy consumption until the mid-1800s when coal became our primary energy source.
A biomass boiler system can convert biomass into energy through a few different processes. The most common method for industrial biomass boilers is direct combustion, where biomass burns, releasing heat that can warm buildings, heat water, or generate electricity via steam turbines.
Additionally, biomass boilers can use thermochemical processes to create liquid or gaseous fuels like renewable diesel, methane, or renewable jet fuel.
The use of industrial biomass boilers in heating systems is super beneficial for multiple reasons. These biomass fuel boilers use agricultural, forest, urban, and industrial residues, as well as waste, to produce heat and electricity with less effect on the environment than fossil fuels.
This type of energy production has a limited long-term effect on the environment because the carbon in the various biomass boiler fuel types is part of the natural carbon cycle, while the carbon in fossil fuels is not. Fossil fuels permanently add carbon to the atmosphere when burned for fuel (carbon footprint). Not only is biomass the route to save you lots of money, but it’s also the right thing to do for the environment.
OUR CAPABILITIES
Types of Biomass Boilers
INDUSTRIAL BOILERS AMERICA LEADS THE WAY IN THE DEVELOPMENT, DEPLOYMENT, AND LICENSING OF BIOMASS BOILERS, AND WE SPECIALIZE IN THE FOLLOWING:
Fully Automated Industrial Biomass Boiler
The fully automated biomass boiler is the most efficient type of biomass boiler. This system runs on chipped or ground-up waste wood, which is brought to the site using delivery trucks and is dropped into a holding tank. A system then loads the wood from the holding tank to the boiler at a specific and managed rate. The rate is managed by the computer controls and a laser that measures a load of fuel before the system loads it. The system can automatically go on and off which makes it a lot easier to operate as the operator only needs to manage the computer.
Semi-Automated, or “Surge Bin” Industrial Biomass Boiler
Semi-automatic or “surge bin” biomass boilers are similar to fully automated systems, except they are less expensive and require more hands-on assistance from the operator. These systems have smaller holding tanks and an easier system, which requires more personnel to maintain the system’s operation. The heat created by the combustor can then be used to directly heat the air or to heat water in the boiler system, which is another alternative to delivering the heat.
Pellet-fired Industrial Biomass Boiler
Pellet-fired biomass boilers use pellets which are a processed form of wood, which are usually more expensive. Although they are more expensive, they are also more condensed and uniform, which allows them to be more efficient. This system is fairly easy to operate as well.
Agricultural Pellet System Industrial Biomass Boiler
The agricultural pellet system biomass boiler is a pellet system that is capable of burning pellets with a much higher hash rate by using paper pellets, hay pellets, and straw pellets. These systems can by far exceed other forms of biomass due to the more stable fuel characteristics. These biomass boilers can even work to cool down combustion gases to 30-40 °C, instead of 120 °C before being sent into the flue.
Combined Heat and Power Industrial Biomass Boiler
Combine heat and power biomass boilers can be used to fuel combined heat and power, which generate both heat and electricity. These units are far more expensive for small-scale operations. CHP units are much more suitable for larger buildings and operations.
