BIOMASS COGENERATION
At Industrial Boilers America, we’re passionate about helping you navigate the complexities of biomass cogeneration systems. With decades of experience under our belt, our team is here to tackle the challenges you face head-on. We design custom boiler solutions tailored to your specific operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
WHAT WE DO
Guaranteeing nothing is wasted
Industrial Boilers America focuses primarily on the biomass industry, which converts fossil fuels to alternative energy sources. These sources can be organic biomass such as corn husk, bagasse, palm fiber, wood, or other waste. This waste is then converted into a renewable source of energy. Biomass is biological material from living or recently living organisms, most often referring to plants or plant-derived materials. As a renewable energy source, biomass can either be used directly or indirectly — once or converted into another type of energy product, such as biofuel.
Biomass cogeneration can be achieved through three main methods: thermal conversion, chemical conversion, and biochemical conversion. Thermal conversion processes use heat or thermal energy as the leading mechanism to convert biomass energy into another chemical energy. Chemical conversion is a process in which chemical transformation occurs, meaning that the final product differs chemically from the source materials. Biochemical conversion is a process that involves the use of enzymes of bacteria or other microorganisms. These break down biomass through various processes like anaerobic digestion, composting, or fermentation.

OUR CAPABILITIES
ELIMINATING WASTE WITH BIOMASS ENERGY COGENERATION
Increased Efficiency
Enhances operational efficiency through lower overhead costs by reducing energy waste, thereby increasing energy efficiency. Biomass fuel is less expensive than carbon fossil fuels; therefore, your overall operating costs are reduced.
Energy Independence
Your operations will not be reliant on fossil fuels. Biomass fuels are a great way to reduce your carbon footprint and are widely available. They offer greater energy independence by moving a portion of the load off the grid.
Improved Infrastructure
Outdated infrastructure can slow down operations and increase costs. We’re here to help companies upgrade and replace aging systems with more efficient, modern solutions. With our focus on biomass cogeneration, we offer sustainable alternatives that not only improve your infrastructure but also enhance energy efficiency.
